Verified Score and Credit Score
Buildeezy generates two internally computed scores for registered users: the Verified Score and, where applicable, the Credit Score.
The Verified Score is a public-facing reputation score (0–100) calculated from data generated by your activity on the platform, including identity verification status, profile completeness, client ratings, project completion history, dispute history, platform engagement, payment behaviour, and credentials. The Verified Score is displayed on your public profile and may influence your visibility and access to platform features. Buildeezy processes this data on the basis of its legitimate interest in maintaining marketplace integrity and helping users make informed decisions. You may request a review of your Verified Score by contacting privacy@buildeezy.com.
The Credit Score is an internal behavioural indicator derived exclusively from your transaction and payment activity on the Buildeezy platform, including payment timeliness, milestone behaviour, dispute history, purchasing activity, and transaction volume across all transactions in which a user participates, including purchases of materials or services between users. The Credit Score applies to all users of the platform, including clients, artisans, contractors, professionals, vendors and manufacturers, not only to clients. It is not a regulated credit product and is not shared with external credit bureaus or financial institutions without your explicit consent, except as required by law. The Credit Score may affect your eligibility for certain platform features or arrangements.
Both scores are generated by automated processing. If you believe either score has been calculated in error or wish to exercise your right to object to automated decision-making under applicable law, please contact us at privacy@buildeezy.com.
