These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.buildeezy.com and any associated software applications such as a mobile app (the "Site").

This Site is owned and operated by Buildnown LLC, Buildeezy Pte Ltd, Buildeezy Ltd, Buildnown Ltd and their respective subsidiaries and related corporations (collectively referred to herein as “Buildeezy”, “we”, “us” or “our”) which includes a marketplace which enables users to purchase building and construction related products and services , and provides ecommerce opportunities to vendors, contractors, experts and other players within the building and construction ecosystem.

Legally Binding Contract.

These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between you and Buildnown LLC, Buildeezy Pte Ltd, Buildeezy Ltd and Buildnown Ltd. In these Terms & Conditions, “user”, "you", “your” or “yours” refer both to you, the user of this Site as an individual using this Site to enter into contracts on your own behalf, or, if applicable, to the business or legal entity you represent and on whose behalf you are using this Site to enter into contracts. A “user” includes both those who wish to acquire products and/or services offered on this Site, or those who wish to offer products and/or services.

By using this Site (including any reading of any content published on this Site and/or using features, tools, a registered account, or services available on this Site), you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to always abide by them.

If you are using this Site on behalf of a business or legal entity, you may only do so if you have authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that business or legal entity.

You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy, which may be amended by Buildeezy from time to time. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

Intellectual Property

Save for the content provided by third party users such as the description of goods and services offered by third party vendors or service providers other than Buildeezy or user reviews of contractors or vendors, all content published and made available on our Site (including, but not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of this Site) is the property of Buildeezy or its licensors.

Buildeezy grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited right to use this Site and any materials available on this Site strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not use this Site or any materials found on this Site in any manner not expressly permitted by Buildeezy. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Buildeezy may at any time, without prior notice to you, terminate or revoke your right to use this Site, or suspend or discontinue providing any content, service, feature or functionality on this Site.

User and Other Third Party Contributions

Buildeezy, at its discretion, may include features and functionalities on this Site which enables users to upload or post information such as:

Buildeezy is not responsible or liable in any way for any information, description of products or services, reviews, ratings, pictures or other content posted or uploaded by users or any other third parties.

When you post or upload any content, information or materials on this Site, you grant Buildeezy a non-revocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty free and perpetual, world wide right to publish such content on this Site, and use such content in such manner as Buildeezy may determine, at its discretion.

As a user of our Site, you agree to use our Site legally, not to use our Site for illegal purposes or any illegal manner, and not to:

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Goods and Services Sold by Buildeezy

Buildeezy may offer products and services for sale on this Site.

All information, descriptions, or images that Buildeezy provides about the products and services offered for sale by Buildeezy on this Site are as accurate as possible. However, Buildeezy is not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information, descriptions, or images for the goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase such goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

In relation to architectural building plans offered on this Site, the copyright owner is Buildeezy. If you purchase such architectural plans, you will enjoy the limited right to use such plans to build or construct a building or premises for your own use with such plans, but you may not re-sell or offer for sale, copy, amend, allow third parties to access or use, or publish the same, without the prior written approval of Buildeezy.

Contract Between Users or Other Third Parties for the Purchase of Products and Services

Our Site allows users to sell products and services, and may also offer products and services from other third parties (other than users).

You acknowledge and agree that purchasers of products and services, and not Buildeezy, are solely responsible for evaluating and determining the suitability of any product, service, contractor, expert, or other vendor; and the terms and conditions for the purchase of the same, including the price.

Any purchase of any products or services from another user or other third party, leads to the formation of a contract between the purchaser and the other user or other third party. Buildeezy is not a party to such a contract, and is not responsible or liable for fulfilling any of the terms and conditions of such a contract.

Thus, Buildeezy does not assume any responsibility or liability for the products and services users or other third parties sell on our Site. We cannot and do not guarantee the quality, fitness for purpose, accuracy, conformity with description, delivery or return of any such products and services, nor the legal capacity, ability or authority of the vendor to pass legal title or right to such products or services to you.

However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from offering or selling goods and services on our Site.

Payment Protection

You agree that certain products and services purchased on this Site must be paid for in full at the point of purchase, while for other products and services, a deposit must be paid for each agreed stage of the service performance. Such deposits are held under Buildeezy’s payment protection arrangement and released to the seller or service provider only after the conditions for release agreed between the customer and the seller or service provider have been met.

No interest shall accrue in your favour or be paid on any monies you have deposited under the payment protection arrangement.

In case of any dispute between a customer and seller or service provider, the monies held under the payment protection arrangement will be withheld until the dispute is resolved independently on mutual agreement by the customer and the seller or service provider, or as per the Dispute Resolution process specified hereafter.

Subscriptions

Buildeezy may from time to time offer subscriptions to users, which will give users access to certain services or privileges.

Your subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@buildeezy.com.

Free Trial (If available)

Buildeezy may from time to time offer free trials for certain subscriptions, with specific terms and conditions.

We offer the following free trial of our goods and services: one-month free trial when users activate a project. The free trial includes unlimited access to certain services.

At the end of your free trial, you will automatically be billed our monthly rate for the subscription you are enjoying.

To cancel your free trial and avoid the automatic billing, please log into your account and cancel your trial subscription prior to the expiry of the trial period.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

The payment service provider you choose to use will have terms and conditions governing your use of their service, which we are not responsible for. Any dispute between you and your payment service provider must be conducted directly with your payment service provider. Payment card details and other payment credentials are collected, processed, and secured directly by the third-party payment providers you use, and not by Buildeezy. Buildeezy does not collect, hold, or store your full payment card details. The processing and security of your payment information, and the movement and settlement of funds, are carried out by the applicable payment provider under its own terms and security standards.If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Taxes

Fees charged by Buildeezy from time to time are exclusive of taxes.

If Buildeezy is required by any competent government department, authority or body or under any applicable law or regulation to collect taxes from you, such taxes will be collected in addition to any fees charged by Buildeezy or any provider of products or services.

Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase products or services from our Site, the products or services will be delivered through the methods offered by the vendors of the products or services. Note that:

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You may be required to pay delivery charges, customs clearance fees, or taxes in addition to the price for the products or services you purchase. In addition, you are responsible for customs clearance and any other import or export formalities or costs that may be indicated when you purchase the products or services.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. You are solely responsible for the delivery of your products to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing any inaccurate or incomplete information.

Limited Warranties

This Site, and the products and services sold to you by Buildeezy are each provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Buildeezy expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to this Site, and the products and/or services sold to you by Buildeezy, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limiting the foregoing, Buildeezy provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that this Site, or such products and/or services will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any products, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Further, without limiting the foregoing, Buildeezy does not make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of this Site, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon , or of any products and/or services offered on this Site from time to time; (ii) that this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any products and/or services offered on this Site from time to time will be error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through this Site or of any products and/or services offered on this Site from time to time; or (iv) that this Site, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of Buildeezy are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Links to Other Websites

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party websites before using those sites.

Limitation of Liability

Buildeezy and the directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates of all entities which fall within the definition of “Buildeezy” are not and will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising from or relating to your use of this Site, or your purchase of any products and/or services offered on this Site (whether from Buildeezy, any other user or any other third party).

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Buildeezy and the directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates of all entities which fall within the definition of “Buildeezy” from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of or relating to your use of our Site, your purchase and/or use of any products and/or services offered on this Site (whether from Buildeezy, any other user or any other third party) or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if any dispute, controversy and / or claim (“Dispute”) arises between you and the other party with whom you have entered into a contract with through this Site, such as contractors, experts, vendors, service providers or customers, you agree that you shall first attempt to resolve any Dispute through informal discussion, failing which, such Dispute shall be resolved by arbitration, administered by Presolv360, an independent institution, in accordance with its Dispute Resolution Rules (“Rules”).

The parties agree that the arbitration shall be before a sole arbitrator appointed under the Rules. The juridical seat of arbitration shall be the Republic of Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

The parties agree to carry out the arbitration proceedings virtually through the online dispute resolution (“ODR”) platform of Presolv360 and, for such purpose, the email addresses provided to Buildeezy shall be considered. Each party shall be responsible for intimating Buildeezy in the event of any change in its email address. The party intending to initiate the dispute shall deposit the applicable fee with Buildeezy pursuant to which the dispute shall be registered on the ODR platform. The arbitrator shall be at liberty to apportion the costs between the parties..

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and the other party both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court (if available and applicable) and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Additional Terms

All parties that are introduced on this Site are to conduct all business on this Site. If you wish to conduct business outside of this Site you will need to write to support@buildeezy.com to agree on a settlement fee with Buildeezy before proceeding.

CPC Advertising System

Buildeezy operates a cost-per-click (“CPC”) advertising system that allows eligible users, including vendors, contractors, and manufacturers (“Advertisers”), to promote their products, services, and profiles to other users on the Site and associated applications (“Ad Placements”).

Prepaid Ad Balance.

To run Ad Placements, Advertisers must maintain a prepaid balance (“Ad Balance”) in their Buildeezy account. Ad Balances are non-refundable once applied to active campaigns, except where Buildeezy determines at its sole discretion that a technical error on the Site has resulted in invalid clicks. Ad Balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another user account.

CPC Charges and Billing.

Each valid click on an Ad Placement will be charged against the Advertiser’s Ad Balance at the applicable CPC rate set by the Advertiser, subject to any minimum or maximum rates established by Buildeezy from time to time. Buildeezy reserves the right to adjust CPC rates, ranking algorithms, and Ad Placement positions at any time without prior notice. Campaigns will automatically pause when the Ad Balance is depleted.

Ad Content Moderation.

All Ad Placements are subject to review and approval by Buildeezy prior to publication. Buildeezy uses automated image and content moderation tools to assess ad content for compliance with our Acceptable Use policy and applicable laws. Buildeezy reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any Ad Placement that it determines, in its sole discretion, is misleading, offensive, illegal, or inconsistent with the nature of the Site. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their ad content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Platform Fees and Payment Processing

Buildeezy charges platform fees on certain transactions conducted through the Site. The applicable fee regime is determined by the nature of the transaction, as set out below.

Payment Links and Smart Payment Terminal.

Payments processed through artisan or vendor payment links or the Smart Payment Terminal are subject to a percentage-based payment protection fee charged to the client ("Payment Protection Fee"). The Payment Protection Fee is determined by the USD equivalent value of the transaction at the time of payment, calculated using Buildeezy's internal exchange rate system, as follows: (a) Tier 1 — transactions at or below the equivalent of USD 2.00: a Payment Protection Fee of 3.5% of the transaction value; (b) Tier 2 — transactions above USD 2.00 and up to and including USD 20.00: a Payment Protection Fee of 3.25% of the transaction value; (c) Tier 3 — transactions above USD 20.00 and up to and including USD 50.00: a Payment Protection Fee of 3.2% of the transaction value; and (d) Tier 4 — transactions above USD 50.00: a Payment Protection Fee of 3.0% of the transaction value. The Payment Protection Fee includes the payment processing cost charged by Buildeezy's Payment Provider and Buildeezy's platform margin. The Payment Protection Fee is displayed on the client's payment confirmation screen as a single line item labelled "Payment protection fee." Buildeezy reviews and may update the local currency equivalent thresholds for each tier on a quarterly basis to reflect movements in exchange rates. The applicable tier is determined at the time of payment and is fixed for that transaction.

Processing Fee — Service Providers.

Service providers who receive payments through the platform are subject to a processing fee on each transaction ("Processing Fee"). The Processing Fee equals the payout fee charged by the applicable Payment Provider to settle funds to the service provider, passed through at cost. The Processing Fee applies across all tiers and is displayed to the service provider on their settlement screen as a single line item labelled "Processing fee." The amount varies by market and payout method and is displayed within the application prior to completion of each transaction.

Diaspora Milestone Payments.

Payments made by international (diaspora) clients against project milestones are subject to a separate tiered Platform Fee structure: (a) 5% for milestone values up to the equivalent of USD 1,000; (b) 3% for milestone values between USD 1,001 and USD 10,000; and (c) 1.5% for milestone values above USD 10,000. Tier classification is determined by the local currency equivalent of the milestone value at the time of payment, as calculated by Buildeezy's internal exchange rate system. Platform Fees are deducted prior to payout to the service provider. Payouts are subject to a settlement delay of up to 24 hours to allow payment processing to complete.

Catalogue Transactions — Payment Protection Fee.

Purchases made through a vendor's or manufacturer's product catalogue on the Site are subject to a Payment Protection Fee of 5% of the order value, charged to the client. The Payment Protection Fee comprises a payment processing component equal to the payment provider's collection fee (currently 2.5%) passed through at cost, and a Buildeezy platform service component of 2.5%. The Payment Protection Fee is displayed on the client's checkout screen as a single line item labelled "Payment protection fee." Funds collected from the client are held by Buildeezy until the client confirms receipt of the goods, at which point settlement is released to the vendor.

Catalogue Transactions — Processing Fee and Vendor Commission.

Vendors and manufacturers who sell through the catalogue are subject to a processing fee on each transaction equal to the payment provider's payout fee, passed through at cost and displayed on the vendor's settlement screen as a single line item labelled "Processing fee." In addition, Buildeezy reserves the right to charge a vendor commission on catalogue sales, at rates to be determined by the vendor's active subscription tier. Commission rates, where applicable, will be communicated to vendors prior to activation and displayed within the application. Until such time as Buildeezy notifies vendors that commission charges are active, no commission will be deducted from catalogue sale proceeds.

Terminal Fees.

All payments processed through the Smart Payment Terminal are subject to the Payment Protection Fee and Processing Fee structure set out in the Platform Fees and Payment Processing section above. The client is charged the applicable Payment Protection Fee tier (3.5%, 3.25%, 3.2%, or 3.0% based on transaction value) and the service provider is charged the applicable Processing Fee. Both amounts are displayed prior to completion of each transaction.

Terminal Disclaimer.

The Smart Payment Terminal is a software feature and not a licensed payment institution. Buildeezy does not hold, store, or transmit funds on your behalf except through its authorised Payment Providers. Buildeezy is not responsible for failed, delayed, or erroneous transactions resulting from Payment Provider outages, network failures, or user error.

Verified Score

Buildeezy operates a user reputation and trustworthiness rating system called the “Verified Score” (also referred to as “VS”). The Verified Score is a numerical score between 0 and 100 assigned to registered users on the Site, and is designed to help users assess the reliability and quality of service providers, vendors, and other users on the platform.

How the Verified Score is Calculated.

The Verified Score is calculated by Buildeezy’s proprietary scoring algorithm and takes into account up to eight components, which may include: (a) identity verification status; (b) profile completeness; (c) client ratings and reviews; (d) project completion rate; (e) dispute history; (f) platform engagement and activity; (g) payment behaviour; and (h) certification and credential verification. Each component is weighted within the overall score. Buildeezy reserves the right to adjust the scoring methodology, component weights, and calculation criteria at any time without prior notice.

Score Bands.

Verified Scores are grouped into four bands: Bronze (0–39), Silver (40–69), Gold (70–89), and Platinum (90–100). Score bands are displayed publicly on user profiles and may affect the visibility, ranking, and eligibility of users for certain features and opportunities on the Site, including but not limited to featured listings, priority search placement, and access to premium services.

Verified Score Disclaimer.

The Verified Score is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Buildeezy of any user’s suitability, competence, or fitness for any particular purpose. Buildeezy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Verified Score. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging any service provider or vendor on the Site. Buildeezy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on a user’s Verified Score.

Disputes Regarding Verified Score.

If you believe your Verified Score has been calculated in error, you may submit a written request for review to support@buildeezy.com. Buildeezy will consider such requests at its sole discretion and is not obligated to amend any score. Score adjustments, where made, may take up to 30 business days to be reflected on your profile.

Credit Score

Buildeezy may generate a credit behaviour score (“Credit Score”) for users who engage in payment transactions on the Site. The Credit Score is an internal indicator of a user’s payment reliability and transaction history on the Buildeezy platform and is distinct from any formal credit rating issued by a licensed credit bureau or financial institution. The Credit Score applies to all users of the Site, including clients, artisans, contractors, professionals, vendors and manufacturers, and reflects payment and purchasing behaviour across all transactions in which a user participates, including purchases of materials or services from other users on the Site.

Data Used for Credit Scoring.

The Credit Score is derived solely from data generated by your activity on the Buildeezy platform, which may include payment timeliness, milestone completion behaviour, dispute history, purchasing activity, and transaction volume across all payment and purchasing transactions in which you participate. Buildeezy does not access or incorporate data from external credit bureaus, financial institutions, or third-party databases for the purpose of generating the Credit Score.

Use of Credit Score.

The Credit Score may be used by Buildeezy to determine eligibility for platform features, preferential service arrangements, or future financial product integrations made available through the Site. Buildeezy does not share your Credit Score with third-party lenders or financial institutions without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law.

Credit Score Disclaimer.

The Credit Score is not a regulated financial product and does not constitute financial advice or a formal creditworthiness assessment. Buildeezy makes no representation that the Credit Score reflects your creditworthiness for any purpose outside the Buildeezy platform.

Brand Ambassador Programme

Buildeezy operates a voluntary Brand Ambassador Programme (“Ambassador Programme”) that allows eligible users to promote the Buildeezy platform within their communities and networks in exchange for rewards or incentives offered by Buildeezy from time to time (“Ambassador Rewards”).

Eligibility.

Participation in the Ambassador Programme is subject to eligibility requirements set by Buildeezy from time to time, which may include minimum Verified Score thresholds, account standing requirements, and geographic availability. Buildeezy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Ambassador Rewards.

Ambassador Rewards may include platform credits, cash payments, service discounts, or other incentives as determined by Buildeezy. Rewards are earned upon successful referral or promotion activities as defined by Buildeezy. Buildeezy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Programme or any Ambassador Rewards at any time without prior notice. Earned rewards that have not yet been redeemed or disbursed at the time of programme discontinuation may be forfeited.

Ambassador Conduct.

Ambassadors must represent Buildeezy honestly and accurately and must not make representations about the platform that are false, misleading, or inconsistent with Buildeezy’s official communications. Ambassadors must comply with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements in their jurisdiction, including disclosing their status as a compensated ambassador where required by law. Buildeezy reserves the right to terminate a user’s participation in the Ambassador Programme, and to withhold or reclaim any outstanding Ambassador Rewards, if Buildeezy determines that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct in connection with the Ambassador Programme.

Erna – AI-Powered Assistant

Buildeezy provides an AI-powered conversational assistant called “Erna” (“Erna”) which is accessible through the Site and associated WhatsApp and mobile application channels. Erna is designed to assist users with project guidance, construction queries, platform navigation, and related matters. Erna’s responses are generated by large language model AI systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Buildeezy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any response generated by Erna. Buildeezy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from your reliance on information or guidance provided by Erna.

Conversation Data.

Conversations with Erna may be logged and used by Buildeezy to improve the platform, train AI models, monitor for policy compliance, and resolve disputes. Conversation data is handled in accordance with Buildeezy’s Privacy Policy. You should not share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information with Erna that you would not otherwise share with Buildeezy.

Authorised Users and Team Accounts

Buildeezy may allow certain account holders, including vendors, manufacturers, associations and contracting companies, to invite additional individuals (“Authorised Users”) to access and act under a single account or workspace. If you invite or permit Authorised Users, you remain solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including all actions, transactions, communications and content of your Authorised Users, and for ensuring that each Authorised User complies with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for managing the access rights and permissions of your Authorised Users and for promptly removing any person who should no longer have access. Buildeezy is not responsible for any loss arising from the acts or omissions of your Authorised Users.

Identity Verification and Account Security

To maintain the integrity and safety of the platform, Buildeezy may require you to complete identity verification, which may include submitting government-issued identification documents, a photograph or biometric facial scan, and other information, and which may be processed by a third-party identity-verification provider. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information for such verification. Buildeezy may also offer additional account-security features, including two-factor authentication and biometric or passkey sign-in; where you enable these features, you are responsible for maintaining the security of the associated devices and credentials. Completion of identity verification may be a condition of accessing certain features, receiving payouts, or displaying a verified badge. Buildeezy does not guarantee that identity verification will detect all fraudulent or inaccurate information, and a verified badge is not a guarantee of any user’s identity, honesty or suitability. Personal data collected for verification, including biometric data where applicable, is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Electronic Communications and Consent

By creating an account or providing your contact details to Buildeezy, you consent to receive communications from us and from Erna, our AI assistant, by electronic means, including email, SMS, push notifications, in-application messaging and WhatsApp or other messaging services, in relation to your account, transactions, projects and the operation of the Site (“Service Communications”). You also consent to receive promotional, marketing and informational messages through these channels, which may include automated or AI-generated messages. You may opt out of promotional and marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided in the relevant message or by contacting support@buildeezy.com; you may continue to receive Service Communications necessary for the operation of your account and transactions. Messaging services such as WhatsApp are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms, and standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

In-Platform Messaging

The Site may provide messaging, chat and communication features that allow users to communicate with one another and with Buildeezy. You agree to use these features only for lawful purposes connected with your use of the Site and in accordance with the Acceptable Use provisions above. Buildeezy may, but is not obliged to, monitor, store and review communications sent through the Site for the purposes of safety, fraud prevention, policy compliance and dispute resolution. You should not share sensitive personal or financial information through these features except as necessary for a transaction on the Site.

Payments by Non-Registered Users

Certain features of the Site, including payment links, the Smart Payment Terminal, vendor invoices and catalogue checkout pages, allow a person to make a payment to a Buildeezy user without first registering an account (a “Paying Customer”). By making a payment through any such feature, a Paying Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions to the extent applicable to that payment, including the fee, payment-protection, refund and dispute provisions. Buildeezy is not a party to the underlying contract between the Paying Customer and the user receiving the payment and provides the payment facility only as an intermediary through its payment providers.

Currency and Exchange Rates

The Site operates across multiple countries and currencies. Where a fee tier, threshold or limit in these Terms and Conditions is expressed by reference to a value in United States Dollars, the applicable local-currency equivalent is determined using Buildeezy’s internal exchange-rate system at the time of the relevant transaction, and Buildeezy may review and update local-currency thresholds from time to time. Payments, fees and payouts may be processed in a currency different from the one displayed, and any currency conversion carried out by a payment provider is subject to that provider’s rates and terms. Buildeezy is not responsible for losses arising from exchange-rate fluctuations or from a currency or payment method not being supported in your market.

Webinars, Live Sessions and Training Badges

Buildeezy may offer webinars, workshops, training sessions and other live or recorded events hosted by Buildeezy, manufacturers or other users (“Sessions”). Some Sessions may require payment of a fee, which will be displayed prior to registration. By hosting or participating in a Session, you acknowledge that Sessions may be recorded, and you consent to the recording of your participation, including any audio, video, image or messages you contribute, and to Buildeezy’s storage, use and distribution of such recordings for the purposes of providing, promoting and improving the Site. You must not record, reproduce or redistribute a Session hosted by another party without their consent. Buildeezy may issue certification, training or attendance badges in connection with certain Sessions. Such badges indicate participation or completion as determined by the host and do not constitute a professional qualification, licence, accreditation or endorsement by Buildeezy of any user’s competence, and Buildeezy is not responsible for the accuracy or content of any Session delivered by a third party.

Third-Party Listings and Google Business Profile

As part of certain features, Buildeezy may create, claim or manage a listing or profile on your behalf on third-party platforms, including a Google Business Profile, using the information in your Buildeezy profile. You authorise Buildeezy to create and manage such listings on your behalf and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to have it published. Such third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, over which Buildeezy has no control, and Buildeezy does not guarantee the creation, approval, ranking or continued availability of any third-party listing. You may request that Buildeezy cease managing a third-party listing on your behalf by contacting support@buildeezy.com.

Points, Rewards and Referrals

Buildeezy may operate points, rewards, loyalty or referral programmes that allow users to earn points, credits or other benefits for activities such as referring new users or engaging with the Site (“Rewards”). Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated, are non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Buildeezy determines the criteria for earning and redeeming Rewards and may change, suspend or discontinue any programme, or expire or forfeit unredeemed Rewards, at any time at its discretion. Buildeezy may withhold or reclaim Rewards obtained through fraudulent, abusive or ineligible activity. Where you refer another person, you must not make false or misleading statements or send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law.

Additional Platform Features

Buildeezy may make available additional tools and features from time to time, including three-dimensional product showrooms, inventory and business-management (ERP) tools, digital business cards, catalogue and request-for-quote tools, and learning or community content such as the Ideas Lounge, which may include contests or promotions subject to separate rules published at the time. Some of these features may be offered for a fee, which will be displayed before purchase. All such features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis in accordance with the Limited Warranties section. Where you use business-management or inventory tools, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your own records and for your compliance with applicable accounting, tax and consumer-protection obligations.

Mobile Application

Buildeezy provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices. Your use of a mobile application is also subject to the terms of the applicable app store or platform, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and where those terms conflict with these Terms and Conditions in respect of your use of the application, the app store terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict. The application may request access to device features and data, such as camera, photos, location, storage and notifications; such access is used to provide the relevant functionality and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping the application updated.

Association Memberships

Where Buildeezy provides tools for associations or membership organisations, including member management, membership-fee collection and community features, the organisation is responsible for its relationship with, and its obligations to, its own members, for the lawfulness of any member data it uploads to the Site, and for any communications it sends to its members. Membership fees collected through the Site are subject to the applicable platform and processing fees set out above.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
